On the 30th October 2008 the final meeting of Caravan of Europe stopped in Cesano Maderno (Italy) for the signature of the "European Manifesto, Precaution, Prevention, Participation to face major accident hazards. Action for sustainable development and integrated risk management.

The fourth workshop of the project Caravan of Europe took place in Bourgas, Bulgaria, from 18th until 20th of June 2008 with the participation of Bourgas Municipality, some environmental associations and some university students.

The international manifestation about climate change "Stop the Fever" organised by many different associations such as Legambiente, Lipu, Wwf and others takes place in Milan on the 7th of June 2008.

The third workshop of the project Caravan of Europe took place in Vilnius, Lithuania from 7th until 9th of May 2008. Partners of this meeting were BEF Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia and First Warsaw Agenda 21.

Starting from Seveso, Caravan of Europe is going to meet the European Eastern countries to work together for a Sustainable Development. Caravan of Europe is a tour along the 10 countries of Eastern Europe, new members of the European Community, that will arrive at European Parliament in Bruxelles and Strasbourg.
